Frequently Asked Questions

Will the team that sets up my lights also take them down?

Absolutely! Removing the lights is part of the package. Typically, we start taking down the lights from January 2 onwards. No need to make an appointment for the removal. We plan the removals based on locations to ensure a speedy process. Our skilled professionals are committed to not only giving you a stunning Holiday display but also to relieving you of the hassle of shopping for materials, putting up the lights, and handling the post-holiday cleanup.

How do you come up with your cost estimates?

The price for your Christmas light installation is determined by the size and complexity of your home. Several factors contribute to the estimated cost, including the intricacy of the display, electrical considerations, and the time required to complete the job. We take our time to ensure quality in every job, and our Christmas light experts are known for delivering the most professional displays in the city. Apart from adorning your home, we can also provide you with installation prices for trees, shrubs, walkways, and more.

What if I encounter issues with the lights?

Our skilled installers are trained to prevent any problems with your lights. However, if any issues arise, we have service technicians ready to address them promptly.

Will there be any hidden fees?

No need to worry about hidden charges. Unlike some other companies, we provide an all-inclusive quote without any hidden or unnecessary fees.

Do I need an electrician’s services?

For the most part, no. But for larger installations, additional power might be necessary. During your estimate, we’ll let you know if we believe extra power is needed.

What’s the cost for your service?

The cost of your Christmas light installation varies depending on your home’s size and complexity. Beyond your home, we’re delighted to offer you pricing for installing lights on trees, shrubs, walkways, and more.

Are you insured?

Absolutely, our installers are both licensed and insured.

Do you handle Hanukkah lighting?

Yes, indeed! Our Hanukkah lighting designs usually include both elegant white lights and vibrant blue lights. We’re also happy to incorporate your own Menorahs or provide ones for purchase. Unfortunately, we don’t rent or lease Menorahs at this time.

It rained and now some lights won’t light up!

A common reason for lights not turning on is a tripped GFI (Ground Fault Interceptor) outlet, a safety feature tied to your electrical setup. Resetting a GFI outlet is simple: find the non-working outlet, ensure all cords and lights are dry, and press the reset button. If it doesn’t reset, the outlet might still sense moisture or might need replacement.

Can I get references?

Certainly! If you’d like, we can furnish you with a list of past clients, both residential and commercial.

When’s the best time to book my Christmas light installation?

Since our season is short and bustling, the earlier you book, the better chance you’ll have to secure your preferred installation date. We start installations in early October and finish in late December. Don’t forget to ask about early season discounts when you call!
